Return Eligibility Guidelines
We gladly review return requests submitted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be returned in their original state, meaning:

Because genuine leather begins forming to its wearer immediately, items that have been worn — even briefly — may no longer qualify for a standard refund. For sizing checks, we recommend trying belts indoors over clothing before use.
Condition Standards & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain fairness for all customers, certain conditions prevent items from being resold and therefore, make them ineligible for return.
Returns may be declined or subject to a partial refund if products show signs of use such as:

Products that are clearly worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
Items marked final-sale, clearance, custom-made, or gift cards are also non-returnable.

Every Leather Hush piece is made from authentic full-grain leather, which means no two items are identical. Natural markings, slight color differences, grain variation, or subtle shape changes are normal and expected characteristics of real leather — not flaws.
You may also notice slight movement, flexibility, or gentle forming shortly after handling or wearing. This is a sign of genuine leather adapting naturally, which enhances comfort and character over time.
Natural Shape & Alignment Tolerances
Because leather comes from natural hides rather than synthetic materials, slight differences in edge alignment or straightness may occur when laid flat. These natural tolerances do not affect quality, strength, or performance and are considered normal within premium leather craftsmanship standards.
Delivery Issues or Product Concerns
We ask customers to inspect orders upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our support team may request photos to properly review the concern. Determinations regarding defects versus natural leather characteristics are made by our quality team to ensure fair and accurate resolutions.
Exchanges
We offer one complimentary size exchange per product type to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Exchange conditions:

Customer covers return shipping cost

Leather Hush covers shipping of the replacement item (first exchange only)
Additional exchanges for the same item may require a processing or shipping fee.
Once your replacement is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Customized or engraved products are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless a production error or defect occurred.
