This steel core belt does require a break-in period due to its thickness. Initially, it may take some effort to buckle and fasten through the keeper, but after a few weeks, it will naturally soften, and you won’t have any issues.

Constructed from two layers of premium USA steer hide harness leather with a steel core sandwiched in the middle, this belt offers unparalleled strength and durability. Made in the USA by skilled master belt makers, this belt is a complex creation, but once completed, it's a true work of craftsmanship. We begin with two pieces of 10 oz. full-grain vegetable-tanned harness leather from USA steer hides, then we embed a spring steel core between them, resulting in a belt that will likely outlast you.

The heavy-duty roller buckle is virtually indestructible, making it easy to cinch the belt tight while minimizing wear in high-use areas. Held together with reliable Chicago screws, you can easily swap the buckle for a style of your choice. Unlike snaps, which can weaken over time, Chicago screws are dependable and long-lasting.

The Frontier Mark Men Belt is crafted from harness leather, one of the toughest and most resilient materials available. While other companies may use lighter-duty leather, which can wear down and wrinkle over time, each layer of our belt is built to withstand intense pressure.
